Refund Policy
Refunds are not given. However, you may be allowed to return an item for exchange or store credit. To do so, you must abide by our returns policy and all returns must be made within 10 days of the invoice date and with prior approval by contacting us by phone (334.478.7056) or email (pam.marketshoppes@gmail.com).

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial exchange credit may be granted (if applicable). This includes, but is not limited to, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or
any item that is returned more than 10 days after the invoice date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed immediately.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for exchange for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item due to fit or any other valid reason, send us an email at pam.marketshoppes@gmail.com before returning the item. Once your exchange is approved, send your item to: 211 Hill Street WETUMPKA Alabama US 36092.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
